From Davol Square and Wickenden Street
From Davol Square, go east over the Point Street Bridge and continue straight about 1/2 mile, to a small rotary with a school on the right. Turn left, onto Governor Street, and continue another half mile to the first stop sign (Pitman Street). Turn right, go three blocks, and turn left at Wayland Avenue. Your first right is E. Manning Street. Our office is a short distance on the left.

From I-95
In Providence, take the I-195 eastbound fork (“To Cape Cod”). Then follow directions below.

From I-195
Use the Gano Street exit. If you are heading east, this is Exit 3 off I-195 in Providence. If you are heading west, from East Providence, this is the Exit 1 in Providence. At the foot of the ramp, turn left onto Gano Street. Continue for 1/2 mile and take a right at E. Manning Street. Continue two blocks; our building is on the left at the end of the street. E. Manning Street ends at the entrance to our parking lot.

From Pawtucket
Option 1: I-95 south to I-195 east. Follow I-195 directions.

Option 2: Take East Avenue south, which becomes Hope Street in Providence. Proceed 2 1/2 miles on Hope Street, then turn left onto Waterman Street. Continue down Waterman Street past Governor, Ives, and Gano Streets, then turn right at the third stoplight, Wayland Avenue. Your second left is E. Manning Street. Our office is a short distance on the left.

Option 3: Take East Avenue south, which becomes Hope Street in Providence. Bear left onto Blackstone Boulevard, continue the length of the boulevard, then another three blocks to the stoplight at South Angell Street. Turn right, then take your first left at the Wayland Avenue stoplight and proceed through Wayland Square. After the next stoplight (Waterman Street), the second street is E. Manning. Turn left. Our office is a short distance on the left.

From East Providence
Option 1: I-195 west into Providence. Follow I-195 directions

Option 2: Take the Henderson Bridge (the Red Bridge) into Providence. Turn left at your second stoplight, Wayland Avenue, and continue two blocks through Wayland Square, then two blocks to E. Manning Street. Turn left. Our office is a short distance on your left.
